Over the past decade, I've built campaigns, led organizations, and raised over $20 million for causes I believe in, all in service of a single goal: building a North Carolina where prosperity and opportunity are available to everyone.

I thrive in the heat of the moment. Whether I'm running an issue advocacy campaign, navigating a complex policy landscape, or turning a blank-slate organization into a functioning operation, I'm drawn to problems that are urgent, tangible, and solvable. I build relationships, identify opportunities, and help organizations move from where they are to where they need to be.

I hold an Executive Master of Public Affairs from Duke University's Sanford School of Public Policy, where I was part of the program's inaugural cohort, and an undergraduate degree in finance and management science from the University of South Carolina.

I live proudly and unapologetically in Cary, NC with my partner Marjorie.
